We are preparing to open, and we plan to open in November 2026. Until then, this website shows what we plan to stock and how ordering will work, and those details may change.

2. Using this website

3. How ordering works

  1. Build your list on the website, or message us what you need.
  2. Send it to us on WhatsApp.
  3. We reply with what we have, the price of each item, the delivery fee, the total and how to pay.
  4. Your order is confirmed once you have paid that total and we have confirmed your payment.

A cart on the website is not an order. We may decline an order, for example if items are out of stock or the delivery address is outside our delivery area. If we decline an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery

7. If something is wrong with your order

If anything is missing, wrong, damaged or spoiled, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Our refund policy explains what happens next.

8. Your rights under Nigerian law

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. Where these terms and the law disagree, the law applies.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that could not have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility in any way the law does not allow.

10. Our name and website

The TEDE SUPERMART name and logo, and the words and design of this website, belong to TEDE SUPERMART. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

11. Your information

Our privacy policy explains how we use your information.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the shop opens. The version on this page on the day you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to put it right. You can also contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (opens in a new tab). Disputes that cannot be settled may be taken to the courts of Nigeria.
