1. Missing, wrong, damaged or spoiled items
If an item in your order is missing, is not what you ordered, arrives damaged, or is spoiled or past its expiry date:
- Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, on WhatsApp +234 708 394 0359 (opens in a new tab) or at [email protected].
- Send a photo if you can, and keep the item until we have sorted it out.
- Choose whether you want a replacement or a refund.
If you find a fault after 48 hours, still tell us. Your rights under Nigerian consumer law still apply.
2. Cancelling an order
- Before your order leaves the shop: message us and we will refund you in full.
- After it has left: we cannot cancel it, but section 1 still applies if anything is wrong.
3. If we cannot supply or deliver
- If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we refund you for that item.
- If we cannot deliver any of your order, we refund everything, including the delivery fee.
- If we cannot deliver on the same day, you can choose to wait or get a full refund.
4. Changing your mind
- For health and safety, we cannot take back food, drinks, baby products, cosmetics or toiletries once they are delivered, unless they are missing, wrong, damaged or spoiled.
- For other items, such as household goods, school supplies, footwear and bedding: if they are unused and in their original packaging, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we will tell you whether we can take them back.
5. How refunds are paid
- By bank transfer to the account you paid from, or to another account in your name that you give us.
- Within 7 days of confirming the problem with you.
- If your whole order failed because of us, the delivery fee is refunded too.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit your rights under Nigerian consumer law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, which protects your right to return goods that are defective or not as described. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a problem, you can contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (opens in a new tab).
