Last updated 14 September 2026The terms for using this website and for buying from TEDE SUPERMART. Please read them before you place an order.
1. About us
TEDE SUPERMART, Ogulagha community, Delta State, Nigeria
Phone and WhatsApp: +234 708 394 0359
Email: [email protected]
We are preparing to open, and we plan to open in November 2026. Until then, this website shows what we plan to stock and how ordering will work, and those details may change.
2. Using this website
- The website shows what we plan to stock and lets you build a list to send us. You cannot pay on this website.
- The pictures are illustrations. The shopfront at the top of the homepage is an artist's impression, and the product, aisle and delivery pictures were made with AI. Real products, brands, sizes and packaging may be different.
- We try to keep the website accurate, but stock, prices and details can change before you order.
3. How ordering works
- Build your list on the website, or message us what you need.
- Send it to us on WhatsApp.
- We reply with what we have, the price of each item, the delivery fee, the total and how to pay.
- Your order is confirmed once you have paid that total and we have confirmed your payment.
A cart on the website is not an order. We may decline an order, for example if items are out of stock or the delivery address is outside our delivery area. If we decline an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.
4. Prices
- Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦).
- The price you pay is the total we confirm with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
- If we get a price wrong, we will tell you before you pay. If you have already paid more than the correct amount, we refund the difference.
5. Payment
- You pay in full before we deliver, and we deliver once we have confirmed your payment.
- We only ask for payment using the details we send you in our WhatsApp chat from +234 708 394 0359. If anyone else asks you to pay for a TEDE SUPERMART order, do not pay. Message us on that number first.
- We will never ask for your card number, PIN, one-time password (OTP) or bank passwords.
6. Delivery
- We deliver around Ogulagha community.
- We deliver on the same day your payment is confirmed, for payments confirmed during our opening hours. If we cannot deliver the same day, we will tell you, and you can choose to wait or get a full refund.
- Please give us a delivery location and a phone number we can reach, and make sure someone is there to receive the order.
- If we cannot deliver because nobody is available or the location is wrong, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.
- Please check your order when it arrives.
7. If something is wrong with your order
If anything is missing, wrong, damaged or spoiled, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Our refund policy explains what happens next.
8. Your rights under Nigerian law
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. Where these terms and the law disagree, the law applies.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that could not have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility in any way the law does not allow.
10. Our name and website
The TEDE SUPERMART name and logo, and the words and design of this website, belong to TEDE SUPERMART. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
11. Your information
Our privacy policy explains how we use your information.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the shop opens. The version on this page on the day you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
13. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to put it right. You can also contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (opens in a new tab). Disputes that cannot be settled may be taken to the courts of Nigeria.
